In rare cases that our products do not meet our commitment to quality, a refund may be offered at our discretion. We will endeavor to resolve all refund requests within 7 business days of receiving the request.

Any complaint or refund request must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
You have  calendar days to return the item from the date of receipt. Only the tracking number sent by courier is accepted, walk in will strictly not be entertained.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same state as the item you received. Your item must be in its original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase from our website.
Upon receipt of your item, we will check and inform you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of the refund immediately after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund you. All refunds will be issued as a store credit on a customer logged-in account on the myhockkee.com.my website for the next purchase. No refund of credit card or cash is provided.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
The maximum refund provided is the value of the product. No further compensation is available. We ask for patience with factors beyond our control (such as traffic conditions) because we are not responsible for any such delays.
Damaged items during shipment
It is the customer's responsibility to check that they are receiving the product under good conditions at the time of delivery. If the product is found to be damaged upon receiving, the customer should immediately notify our support team at email@example.com. We will provide replacement products as soon as possible after inspection and investigation.
